The 2026 Quang Yen Ward Job Fair is held at the Quang Yen Ward Gymnasium, to connect labor supply and demand, support people to access recruitment information, find suitable jobs; help businesses supplement human resources to serve production and business.
According to the Organizing Committee, the program has 20 businesses participating in recruitment, with 108 job positions, total demand of 12,529 targets; about 400 workers have come to learn about and connect jobs.
The income level offered by businesses depends on the job position, ranging from 7-41 million VND/month.

Within the framework of the program, Quang Yen Ward People's Committee and Quang Ninh Provincial Employment Service Center signed a Regulation on coordination in collecting, summarizing, providing and deploying monthly labor market information; connecting labor supply and demand; updating recruitment needs of businesses and job search needs of workers.
In 2026, Quang Ninh aims to create jobs for about 30,500 workers, striving to bring the unemployment rate down to below 2.05%. In which, job transaction sessions and job fairs at the grassroots level are one of the important solutions to promote the flexible and effective development of the labor market.
