According to the An Giang Provincial Employment Service Center, from now until the end of 2025, the Center will continuously organize many job consultation and introduction fairs for workers. Not only does it help workers find suitable and stable jobs but it also helps businesses find a number of workers to meet year-end needs and prepare for the new year 2026.

Mr. Nguyen Van Hai - Deputy Director of the An Giang Provincial Employment Service Center - said that the organization of activities aims to diversify job transactions, connect labor supply and demand, promote the supply and dissemination of labor market information. Thereby creating sustainable jobs for workers, prioritizing workers from poor households, near-poor households, newly escaped poverty households; workers living in the area.
In addition, it is also an opportunity for freelance workers, demobilized soldiers, students, and graduates to find suitable jobs inside and outside the province or work abroad under contracts. Thereby creating income for oneself to stabilize life, reduce the unemployment rate, and contribute to sustainable poverty reduction.
Mr. Nguyen Van Hai informed that in November 2025, the Center will continuously organize 3 festival programs in Vinh Thuan commune (November 27), Van Khanh (November 25), Kien Luong (November 23), expected to have a total of about 1,000 participants.

The center will coordinate with localities to arrange areas to receive and guide, receive workers' records, and guide workers to attend the job fair.
Area for organizing direct job fairs: includes Concentrated consulting area, here each company has 10 - 15 minutes to introduce the unit, recruitment needs, income of workers, ... so that workers understand, grasp information and register to find a job, work abroad for a limited period according to contracts.
Area for providing information - direct consultation: This is the main area of the job fair, each participating unit is arranged with 1 table for transactions. Here, activities take place: Collecting information of employees through job search registration forms; organizing dialogues with businesses that need to recruit workers; activities to recruit workers to work abroad; providing documents, receiving recruitment applications, interviewing and recruiting workers, signing labor contracts.
