The plan clearly states that the City's Employment Portal will be completed and upgraded from the website: vieclamhanoi.net, built as a centralized data center and "creating an online transaction environment for workers and businesses", applying artificial intelligence (AI) in collecting, processing and analyzing labor market information.
The system supports job consultation, introduction, labor supply, and human resource trend forecasting, contributing to improving the operational efficiency of job exchanges and increasing the ratio of labor supply and demand in the city in 2025 and the following years.
According to the Plan, the 2025 Information Technology Investment Fair will be held to meet the needs of recruiting and using quality human resources, who have received in-depth training in the field of information technology. The trading session will provide labor market information to workers, trainees, students and units and enterprises in Hanoi city at the end of 2025.
The event of opening the Hanoi City Employment Portal and organizing a job fair on information technology with a scale of about 500 participants.
The expected time is from 8:00 a.m. on November 26, 2025, at the Hanoi Job Exchange under the Hanoi Employment Service Center (No. 215 Trung Kinh Street, Yen Hoa, Hanoi).
The event connected online with 14 satellite job exchanges in the communes and wards: Ha Dong, Thien Loc, Vat Lai, Thach That, Viet Hung, Thuong Tin, Phu Xuyen, Dan Phuong, Soc Son, Gia Lam, Tu Liem, Quang Minh, Hoai Duc, Van Dinh.
Participators include: Units and enterprises that need to employ workers in the information technology sector and schools and vocational training institutions that need to enroll in this field (about 25-30 units); students and trainees of universities, colleges, vocational training institutions in the city, especially students and trainees in the information technology sector (about 300 people); workers who need to find jobs, change jobs, learn vocational skills, export labor, learn about labor market information...
