On the morning of July 4, the Management Board of Southeast Nghe An Economic Zone coordinated with the People's Committees of Hoang Mai, Tan Mai wards and Hoang Thinh Dat Joint Stock Company to organize "Job Fair phase 3, year 2026".
The program aims to connect businesses with workers, students, thereby opening up about 1,500 job opportunities in industrial parks in the North of Nghe An province.
Attending the festival were Mr. Bui Thanh An - Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Standing Vice Chairman of Nghe An Provincial People's Committee; Mr. Kha Van Tam - Chairman of Nghe An Provincial Labor Federation; representatives of departments, agencies, branches, localities and businesses.

This is the first time the job fair has been held in the northern region of Nghe An province - where Hoang Mai I, Hoang Mai II, Dong Hoi and Nghia Dan industrial parks are forming and developing rapidly, leading to an increasing demand for human resources.
According to the Management Board of the Southeast Nghe An Economic Zone, the job fair aims to strengthen labor supply and demand connections, support businesses in recruiting personnel, and create opportunities for workers to find jobs right in their hometown.
The program also helps students, especially final year students of vocational training institutions, to have more information to orient their careers in accordance with the actual needs of the labor market.

According to the organizers, businesses in Hoang Mai I, Hoang Mai II, Dong Hoi and Nghia Dan Industrial Parks have a recruitment demand of about 1,500 job positions. Recruitment positions range from unskilled workers to technical and management workers in the fields of electronics, high technology, supporting industries and industrial production.
The festival attracted about 700 workers, students, and final year students from vocational training institutions and high schools in the area to participate.
The organizers hope that workers will find suitable jobs and businesses will recruit human resources to meet production requirements. At the same time, businesses are requested to fully disclose recruitment information, salary regimes, and welfare policies for workers to conveniently choose.
Speaking at the program, Standing Vice Chairman of Nghe An Provincial People's Committee Bui Thanh An said that in the first 6 months of 2026, the province achieved many positive results in socio-economic development. GRDP growth is estimated at about 9.65%; industrial production, exports and investment attraction continue to improve.
Labor supply and demand connection has contributed to solving new jobs for about 24,800 workers in the province.
The Standing Vice Chairman of Nghe An Provincial People's Committee also requested the Southeast Economic Zone Management Board, departments, branches, localities, training institutions and the business community to continue to promote the connection of labor supply and demand, training according to the actual needs of businesses, and developing high-quality human resources.
In addition, businesses need to pay more attention to regimes, policies and welfare, creating a stable working environment for employees to stick with for a long time.
