According to the Management Board of the Southeast Nghe An Economic Zone, from 2015 to present, based on the cooperation agreement between Nghe An province and Becamex IDC Group, the VSIP Nghe An Industrial, Urban and Service Area project has become an important driving force in industrial development, attracting investment and promoting socio-economic development, and is also a symbol of sustainable cooperation between Vietnam and Singapore.
Up to this point, Nghe An province has handed over more than 625/750 hectares of land to the VSIP Nghe An project; attracted 56 secondary projects with a total investment capital of VND64,880 billion, including 36 FDI projects with a total capital of about 3.17 billion USD.
Key manufacturing industries include electronics industry, precision mechanics, alloy, garment... In particular, many large corporations such as Luxshare-ICT, Evewin, radiant have invested here, creating jobs for more than 28,000 workers with an average income of nearly 8 million VND/person/month.
It is forecasted that in 2025, recruitment demand will increase sharply, businesses need to recruit about 42,000 workers, of which Luxshare-ICT Nghe An Company alone needs about 16,000 workers.
In order to attract new workers, Luxshare ICT Nghe An Company has offered a bonus of up to 9 million VND to each newly recruited worker.
Accordingly, employees who work at Luxshare ICT Nghe An from April 18 to April 30, 2025 will immediately receive a bonus of VND 9 million. In addition, the company also supports bus fuel for interviews from 350,000 VND to 1.4 million VND depending on the area.
For employees who continue to work stably, Luxshare applies many additional periodic bonuses: Working for 30 days: bonus of 6 million VND; working for 60 days: receiving an additional 1.5 million VND; working for 90 days: receiving an additional 1.5 million VND.
The total bonus will be paid in the same period as the most recent salary, committed to full and transparent payment.
In addition to the 100% salary and full insurance, workers are arranged free accommodation in dormitories with air conditioners and hot air conditioners. The company takes care of three meals a day for workers and takes them away for free by private vehicle.
