On March 22, Component Project 3, Ho Chi Minh City Ring Road 3 Project section passing through the province is being directed by the Dong Nai Provincial Construction Investment Project Management Board (the investor) to urgently construct bidding packages, striving to complete and put the entire project into operation by the end of April 2026 as required by the Provincial People's Committee.
Previously, in mid-December 2025, component project 3, Ho Chi Minh City Ring Road 3 Project section passing through the province was technically opened to traffic.
Component project 3, Ho Chi Minh City Ring Road 3 Project is more than 11 km long, with the starting point intersecting with the Ben Luc - Long Thanh expressway, the ending point intersecting with abutment B belonging to Nhon Trach bridge, with a total investment of 2,584 billion VND.
When completed and put into operation, the projects will contribute to completing the transportation network of the Southern region, creating more favorable connection conditions between Dong Nai and Ho Chi Minh City, and also play an important role in effectively supporting the operation of Long Thanh airport in the coming time.
