At around 5:00 a.m. on December 23, people discovered one person dead and one injured on the side of Highway 720 in Village 4, Tan Phuc Commune, Ham Tan District, Binh Thuan Province.
The injured person was taken to the emergency room. The incident was reported to the police who arrived at the scene. At the scene, a motorbike with license plate 95B1-825.10 was found near the deceased person, N.V.Q (born in 1983, residing in Kien Giang province). The incident is suspected to have been caused by the motorbike hitting a milestone on the side of the road.
The Investigation Police Agency of Ham Tan District Police, Binh Thuan Province, went to the scene to examine the scene and requested an autopsy to investigate the cause of death.
