Accordingly, at around 11:00 a.m. the same day, 3 people including Le Phuoc Th. (1999), Le Phuoc Tr. (1977) and Le Phuoc T. (1980) rowed boats from Trung Thanh village to Van Trinh village to build a mausoleum. When arriving at Con Sai area, the boat capsized, all 3 fell into deep water.
Local authorities urgently deployed search forces. Victim Le Phuoc T. was rescued, the remaining two people died.
