2 young people died after colliding with a tractor-trailer in Bac Ninh

    Bac Ninh - The accident occurred at around 1:40 a.m. on August 23 on National Highway 31 through Minh Khai residential group, Chu ward.

    Accordingly, at 1:40 a.m. this morning (8.23), in Chu Ward (Bac Ninh Province), a serious accident occurred on National Highway 31 through Minh Khai residential group.

    At this time, N.T.T (born on August 17, 2009) in Ca 3 village, Luc Ngan commune, driving a motorbike without a license plate, carrying H.T.B (born in 2007) in Tran Hung Dao residential group, Chu ward collided with a tractor-trailer with license plate 98C-126.xx pulling a semi-trailer with license plate 98R-0 18.xx driven by Mr. T.V.C (born in 1991) in Kep 3 residential group, Chu ward traveling in the opposite direction.

    As a result, the accident caused N.T.T to die on the spot, H.T.B was taken to the emergency room but later died.

    Checking the alcohol concentration of the tractor-trailer driver did not detect any violations.

    Currently, Chu Ward Police are coordinating with relevant agencies to handle the case.
