The People's Committee of Bac Ninh province has just sent an official dispatch to the Ministry of Construction on collecting opinions on the investment policy of the project "Typical 1 road rest stop on National Highway 38" (location: Dong Coi Intersection, Tram Lo Ward and Thuan Thanh Ward, Bac Ninh Province).
Accordingly, currently, the People's Committee of Bac Ninh province is appraising the proposal to approve the investment policy of the project "Typical 1 road rest stop on National Highway 38" proposed by Truong Tien Real Estate and Trading Joint Stock Company.
The project implementation location is at: Dong Co intersection, Tram Lo ward and Thuan Thanh ward, Bac Ninh province. The land area used is 23,873m2.
Estimated total investment capital: 232,991,596,100 VND (in words: two hundred thirty-two billion, nine hundred and ninety-one million, five hundred and ninety-six thousand, one hundred VND).
The project's operation period: 50 years from the time the Investor is decided to lease the land.
Basic construction progress and putting the project into operation or expected exploitation: Started construction: Quarter II/2026; Construction, Construction, Acceptance, Handover of 2 for use: From the second quarter of 2026 to the fourth quarter of 2027.
Investment project proposal unit: Truong Tien Real Estate and Trading Joint Stock Company.
The People's Committee of Bac Ninh province requested the Ministry of Construction to give its opinion on the suitability of the project investment proposal compared to the plans being prepared by the Ministry, under the authority of the Prime Minister according to the above regulations.
The opinion of the Ministry of Construction is the basis for the People's Committee of Bac Ninh province to approve the investment policy for the Project, ensuring compliance with the provisions of law.
National Highway 38 is an 85 km long national road, connecting Bac Ninh city with Hung Yen and Hai Duong provinces (old), Ha Nam (old).
This route plays an important role in connecting industrial parks of Bac Ninh and Hai Duong with other key economic regions, contributing to reducing the load on National Highway 5 and shortening the travel distance between the northern provinces and the northeastern economic regions.
