Notable among the 3 projects about to be inaugurated is Muong Thanh Market and Trade Services ( Muong Thanh Tourism Market - in Dien Bien Phu Ward). The project is invested by NQT Quang Ninh Trading and Construction Joint Stock Company with a total capital of more than 193 billion VND, built on an area of 1.8 hectares.
The project started in November 2023, belonging to group B projects; level III civil purpose works (markets); level IV technical infrastructure works; level IV traffic works.
The project has outstanding items such as: Muong Thanh Market with a scale of 2 communal houses of 1 floor; auxiliary area, 1-storey management board house; 3-storey kiosk lot and kiosk surrounding the market; service area, commercial service works, landscape trees...
When completed, the project will help improve the aesthetics, improve spontaneous business issues, improve the environment of existing market areas, build new places to supply goods, food, provisions... for local people, create jobs for hundreds of individual households participating in trading and exchanging goods.
With its location close to famous destinations such as A1 Hill, Muong Thanh Bridge, Dien Bien Phu Victory Museum... Muong Thanh tourist market is expected to attract tourists to visit and shop.

The project to build a working headquarters combined with a broadcasting center of Dien Bien province has a total investment of 100 billion VND, from the Central Budget.
The project implementation period is 2021-2025, with the Provincial Civil and Industrial Works Management Board as the investor.
The project includes: 6-storey office building and 1 technical floor; 1-storey technical center for radio and television program production; auxiliary items and equipment.
The operation of the headquarters will meet the working needs of reporters and editors of Dien Bien Newspaper and Radio and Television.
In particular, a synchronous specialized equipment system will improve the quality of production and broadcasting of Vietnamese programs as well as daily ethnic languages.
60 billion VND rubber latex processing factory
The Dien Bien Rubber latex processing factory project (Thanh Nua commune) has a total investment of 60 billion VND (100% of enterprise capital) invested by Dien Bien Rubber Joint Stock Company.
The first rubber latex processing factory in the province has a designed capacity of 5,000 tons/year (2 tons/hour drying), built on a 25,000 m2 plot of land.
The inauguration of the factory will ensure the entire processing of latex exploited from the gardens of Dien Bien Rubber Joint Stock Company, Muong Nhe - Dien Bien Rubber Joint Stock Company in the coming years and the purchase and processing of Udien Yen rubber latex in the area.
In particular, the project will create stable jobs and increase income for hundreds of ethnic minority workers in the locality.
