On the morning of July 28, the Mobile Police Department (Nghe An Provincial Police) held a launching ceremony, mobilizing 56 officers and soldiers to My Ly commune (the mountainous area west of Nghe An) to support overcoming the consequences of floods after storm No. 3.
According to Nghe An Provincial Police, My Ly commune is one of the areas most severely damaged by the storm. The flood caused the area to be isolated and cut off for many days. Up to now, new forces can approach the area to support the people. The My Ly Commune Police headquarters was buried by rocks and soil, completely damaged.

Following the direction of the Provincial Police Director, the Mobile Police force will coordinate with the Ky Son District Police and functional units to help people overcome the consequences of natural disasters, ensure safety, environmental sanitation and soon stabilize their lives.
Currently, motor vehicles are also being increased to speed up rescue work, clear roads to the village, clear the flow and support the repair of the working headquarters of the local police force.
