According to Chairman of Binh Dinh Provincial People's Committee Pham Anh Tuan, although in the process of reorganizing the apparatus, the leadership and staff at all levels still maintain a spirit of solidarity, high responsibility, and strive to complete the tasks well until the last working day in the current apparatus.
He expressed his deep gratitude to all cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers at the district level - those who have wholeheartedly contributed their knowledge throughout the process of building and developing the province in recent times.
