The People's Committee of Bac Ninh province has just issued a decision on rewarding collectives and individuals awarded Certificates of Merit by the Prime Minister.
The decision clearly states that according to regulations, 9 collectives and 7 individuals will be awarded the Certificate of Merit of the Prime Minister.
Bonus level: 16,380,000 VND/ colony; 8,190,000 VND/individual. Total bonus: 204,750,000.

5. People of Phuong Luu village, Yen Gia commune, Que Vo town, Bac Ninh province (now People of Phuong Luu village, Chi Lang commune, Bac Ninh province).
6. Nguyen Dang Dao Secondary School, Kinh Bac Ward, Bac Ninh Province.

The condition for being awarded a Certificate of Merit by the Prime Minister to individuals is that they have been awarded a Certificate of Merit by a Ministry, Department, Branch, Province and have been continuously for 5 years or more until the time of application to be recognized as having completed their tasks well or better, during which time they have been awarded the title of "Emulation Fighter at the grassroots level" 3 times, based on the Law on Emulation and Commendation in 2022.
