On August 30, in an exchange with a reporter from Lao Dong Newspaper, a representative of the Dong Nai City Construction Investment Project Management Board said that they had directed contractors to focus machinery, vehicles and personnel to continue construction during the September 2 holiday for three transport projects connecting Long Thanh airport.
These are the project to upgrade and expand road 769 with a length of nearly 30 km; the project to build road 770B with a length of more than 42km; the project to upgrade and expand route 773 with a total length of nearly 40km. These are all key projects of Dong Nai city serving the connection of localities with Long Thanh airport. These projects were simultaneously started on July 10, 2026.
After starting construction, the contractor mobilized machinery and equipment to build camps, operating houses and clear the ground, constructing the roadbed.
To date, the Dong Nai City Traffic Construction Investment Project Management Board has also received the handover of more than 273ha/627ha to deploy the construction of the above 3 projects.
In addition to 3 roads connecting Long Thanh airport that were simultaneously started on July 10, in Dong Nai City there are also projects such as: upgrading and expanding road 25B, building road 25C, Ring Road 3 of Ho Chi Minh City that were started earlier, also constructed during September 2 to keep up with the progress of synchronous connection with Long Thanh airport.
