The Provincial People's Committee has just issued document No. 8659/UBND-KTN on focusing and accelerating site clearance for the Gia Binh International Airport project.
The document clearly states: Based on the summary results, the report of the Provincial People's Committee Office on compensation, support, resettlement, and site clearance of the Gia Binh International Airport project shows that the progress of implementation in some steps is still slow, such as: determining the origin of land, especially land allocated not in accordance with authority; preparing incomplete and error-prone compensation dossiers; completing detailed planning dossiers for expanded resettlement areas.
To ensure the progress of site clearance according to the plan, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested the Director of the Provincial Land Fund Development Center: (i) Direct the Branches of the Land Fund Development Center to urgently review and complete compensation, support, and resettlement dossiers for residential land according to the schedule; focus on definitively handling dossiers, especially for the areas of Tu Ne, Bai Giang, Huong La, Luong Tai commune and areas according to the progress milestones of the Project; improve the quality of dossier preparation, subjects, conditions for resettlement arrangement, issuance and type of works, ensuring dossiers are eligible for submission for appraisal and approval right from the first time, limiting the need to amend and supplement many times; (ii) weekly organize meetings with Branches, review the progress and quality of dossiers of each unit and each area; promptly transfer human resources to support delayed areas, in case of delay due to subjective reasons, the responsibility of the head must be considered; (iii) report the implementation results to the Chairman of the Provincial People'
In addition, the Chairman of Gia Binh Commune People's Committee, Luong Tai, was requested to coordinate with the Provincial Land Fund Development Center and relevant agencies and units to focus on and urgently verify the origin of land, propagate and mobilize people, promptly resolve petitions, reflections, and arising petitions; ensure maintaining security and order, creating consensus in the process of deploying site clearance work.
Accelerate the appraisal and immediate approval of compensation, support, and resettlement plans for cases that meet the conditions to ensure the completion of site clearance according to the plan issued by the Provincial People's Committee.
