The official dispatch sent to the Ministry of Planning and Investment stated that on January 24, the People's Committee of Bac Ninh province received an official dispatch from the Ministry of Planning and Investment on asking for opinions on individuals proposed for rewards.
Considering the proposal of the Department of Home Affairs of Bac Ninh province and the Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies and Enterprises Bloc in the dispatch dated February 6 on giving opinions on the award ceremony, the People's Committee of Bac Ninh has the following opinion:
Mr. Khong Van Thang, Acting Director of the Department of Statistics of Bac Ninh province, is always exemplary, complying with the Party's policies, the State's laws, regulations, and rules of the industry and the Department of Statistics of Bac Ninh province.
The Party Committee evaluated and classified the Party members as having completed their tasks well and having excellently completed their tasks from 2020-2024.
Regarding the results of activities of party and mass organizations:
The Party Committee of the Bac Ninh Provincial Statistics Office was evaluated and classified by the Standing Committee of the Provincial Agencies and Enterprises Party Committee as having completed its tasks well from 2020-2024.
Organizations of the Bac Ninh Provincial Statistics Office: From 2020-2024, they are assessed and classified as having completed their tasks well or better.
The People's Committee of Bac Ninh province has an opinion for the Ministry of Planning and Investment to consider and submit for consideration according to regulations.
According to the reporter's investigation, Mr. Khong Van Thang was assigned by the Director General of the General Statistics Office to act as Acting Director of the Bac Ninh Provincial Statistics Office from November 2024, replacing Mr. Vu Minh Giang, Acting Director of the Department to retire according to the regime.
