Bac Ninh Provincial People's Committee has just issued a decision on contributing 10% savings from regular expenditures in 2025 to the central budget and deductible fee revenue.
The decision clearly states that the central budget will pay 10% savings from regular expenditures and deducted fee revenue for 2025, the amount of: 240,199,000,000 VND (Twenty-four billion, one hundred ninety-nine million VND).
Assign the Department of Finance to preside over and coordinate with the State Treasury of Region VI and relevant agencies, units, and localities to submit the mentioned funds to the central budget in accordance with current regulations and deadlines as required by the Ministry of Finance.
Heads of agencies: Office of the Provincial People's Committee, Department of Finance, State Treasury of Region VI; relevant agencies, units, and localities shall base on the Decision on implementation.
Previously, on June 13, 2025, the Government issued Resolution No. 173/NQ-CP on the scope and subjects of recurrent expenditure savings for the 2025 estimate.
Accordingly, the Government requests Heads of units using the budget to determine the amount of savings according to this Resolution and send it to higher management agencies for review and synthesis.
Ministers, Heads of central agencies, and Chairmen of People's Committees at all levels decide the amount of savings of affiliated agencies and units, in detail according to each field of expenditure, and send it to the State Treasury for expenditure control.
People's Committees of provinces and centrally-run cities shall pay to the central budget the saved funds from the state budget's recurrent expenditure and the deducted fee revenue.
