In order to prepare well the conditions to ensure the enrollment and reception of children and students transferred to school in the 2025 - 2026 school year after the merger of administrative units, the Department of Education and Training of Bac Ninh province has just issued document No. 10/SGDDT-KHTC on reviewing the need to transfer schools for children of cadres, civil servants, public employees, and workers to study at educational institutions in Bac Giang ward.
Accordingly, the Department of Education and Training of Bac Ninh province requested the provincial agencies and units to compile and compile a list of cadres, civil servants, public employees, and workers working at agencies of the old Bac Ninh province to transfer their work and residence to Bac Giang ward, Bac Ninh province due to the implementation of administrative unit arrangement, and the need to transfer schools for children to study at kindergartens and general schools in Bac Giang ward from the 2025-2026 school year.
Agencies and units should send a list of needs to the Department of Education and Training; at the same time, send a file to the email address: nqhung@bacninh.edu.vn to promptly summarize needs, prepare well the conditions to serve the needs of children and students before entering the new school year 2025 - 2026.
Reviewing and registering the need to transfer schools for students who are children of cadres, civil servants, public employees, and workers working at provincial-level agencies and units is a proactive step, demonstrating the role and responsibility of the province and the Education and Training sector to ensure the right to study for students, creating favorable conditions for parents when moving to a new workplace.
The new Bac Ninh province (merged between the two provinces of Bac Ninh and Bac Giang) has an area of 4,718.6 km2, population of 3,619,433 people with 99 communes and wards.
The new Bac Ninh province has the 5th largest economic scale in the country, geographically bordering Hung Yen, Lang Son, Quang Ninh, Thai Nguyen, Hai Phong city and Hanoi city.
