At the Conference, Director of the Department of Home Affairs of Bac Ninh Le Hong Phuc announced the Decision dated January 22, 2025 of the Provincial People's Committee on the organizational structure of the Provincial Public Administration Service Center.
Regarding the organizational structure, the Center has a Director and no more than 3 Deputy Directors; 4 specialized departments, 8 branches of the District-level Public Administration Service Center and 1 public service unit.
The Director of the Department of Home Affairs of Bac Ninh also announced the Decision of the Provincial People's Committee on appointing Mr. Le Duc Ky - Director of the Provincial Public Administration Center - to hold the position of Director of the Provincial Public Administration Service Center.
Decision on appointing Mr. Tran Son Tung - Deputy Director of the Provincial Public Administration Center - to hold the position of Deputy Director of the Provincial Public Administration Service Center.
Decision on appointing Ms. Dao Thu Ha - Deputy Director of the Provincial Public Administration Center - to hold the position of Deputy Director of the Provincial Public Administration Service Center.
Speaking at the Conference, Chairman of Bac Ninh Provincial People's Committee Vuong Quoc Tuan emphasized that after 7 years of operation, the Provincial Public Administration Center has become a model in the effectiveness of administrative procedure settlement in the province.
At the same time, it is affirmed that the establishment of the Provincial Public Administration Service Center is a new step, with historical significance and mission when upgrading from the Provincial Public Administration Center to a one-level model following the Government's model, in order to promote efficiency and comprehensiveness in receiving and handling administrative procedures in the direction of non-administrative boundaries, serving people and businesses better and better.
Immediately after the Conference, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested the Center to soon stabilize its organizational structure, fully receive human resources and facilities from localities; build an operating mechanism and operating procedures, ensuring that each officer must have a firm grasp of the functions and tasks of the Center.
At the same time, build coordination regulations between the Center and departments, branches, sectors and localities; promote the role of leaders in urging, supervising, resolving and regulating work effectively.
