In Document No. 6411/UBND-KTN, the Chairman of Bac Ninh Provincial People's Committee requested to urgently complete the compensation and site clearance (GPMB) of the Cam Ly railway bridge project to ensure meeting the requirements for construction progress and disbursement of public investment capital in 2026.
Currently, at the Cam Ly railway bridge project Km24+134 of the Kep - Ha Long railway line, site clearance is still slow to relocate technical infrastructure.
However, according to reports from the People's Committees of Cam Ly, Bac Lung communes and the Luc Nam Land Fund Development Center Branch, the compensation and site clearance work of the project has been completed and handed over to the investor before May 15, 2026.
On that basis, the Chairman of Bac Ninh Provincial People's Committee requested relevant agencies and units to urgently review all existing contents and problems regarding the project's site; develop a plan to handle and complete the remaining contents (if any), and commit to the implementation progress and report to the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee.
The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee also requested the People's Committees of communes to continue to strengthen coordination with investors in site clearance and related tasks; and at the same time urge investors and construction contractors to quickly receive, manage and organize construction on the allocated area, avoiding the situation of people reusing land or arising acts hindering construction, affecting project progress.
It is known that the Cam Ly railway bridge project is an important item on the Kep - Ha Long railway line, contributing to improving the exploitation capacity of regional railway transport, strengthening traffic infrastructure connection between localities and promoting socio-economic development.
Early completion of procedures and definitive handling of site problems will create conditions for the project to be implemented on schedule, ensuring the efficiency of using public investment capital.
