After considering the content of the above document, the Chairman of Bac Ninh Provincial People's Committee transferred the document dated December 15, 2025 of Kinh Bac University to the Provincial Police for research, consideration and settlement according to tasks and authority. The results are answered by Kinh Bac University in writing and reported to the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee according to regulations.
It is known that previously, on December 15, 2025, Bac Ninh Provincial Police issued a decision to cancel the validity of all seals of Kinh Bac University, after determining that the school had serious violations in the management and use of seals, and did not comply with the handover request according to legal regulations.
Kinh Bac University was established in 2012, according to the Prime Minister's Decision, headquartered in Vu Ninh ward (Bac Ninh province), belonging to Chan Thien My Economic Group.
In recent years, this school has also been involved in many scandals in operating and training activities, the cause originating from disputes over legal representation rights and operating rights at Chan - Thien - My Co., Ltd. and Kinh Bac University.
Recently, Bac Ninh Provincial People's Committee also issued an official dispatch on terminating the operation of the Kinh Bac University project in Phu Chan ward, Tu Son city (now Tu Son ward). Previously, this project was named by the Department of Natural Resources and Environment of Bac Ninh province (old) as one of 58 projects in the province that were slow to put land into use.
