According to the Approval Decision, the location for planting the boundary marker is in Xuan Cam commune, Bac Ninh province.
The planting of boundary markers is to serve planning management, creating favorable conditions for the implementation of compensation and site clearance work.
The dossier for planting the planning boundary is prepared according to the provisions of Circular No. 16/2025 dated June 30, 2025 of the Ministry of Construction.
The decision clearly states that after the boundary marker planting dossier is approved, Phu My Group Joint Stock Company (project investor - PV) is responsible for coordinating with the Provincial Industrial Zones Management Board, Xuan Cam Commune People's Committee and related units to publicly announce to agencies, organizations, and individuals affected, regularly inspect and supervise the site to ensure that the development does not violate the approved planning; hand over and store boundary marker planting dossiers according to the planning specified in Article 39 of Circular 16/2025/TT-BXD dated June 30, 2025 of the Ministry of Construction.
Previously, in November 2025, Bac Ninh Provincial People's Committee approved the investment policy and selected Phu My Group Joint Stock Company as the unit to implement the project to build and operate the infrastructure of Hoa Phu Industrial Park expansion phase 2 - phase 1.
The project is implemented in Xuan Cam commune with a scale of 120 hectares. The goal is to form a synchronous technical infrastructure system in the industrial park, meeting the expansion needs of operating enterprises as well as attracting new capital flows, especially from the FDI sector.
The total registered investment is more than 1,760 billion VND. Of which, the investor's equity is about 265.6 billion VND, equivalent to 15% of the total capital. The remainder will be mobilized through credit institutions and other legal sources.
The operating term of the project is 50 years, calculated from the time the State allocates land or leases land. According to the province's request, the investor must complete basic construction items and put the project into operation within 24 months from the time of receiving the land.
Bac Ninh currently has 36 industrial parks established with a scale of over 10,600 ha and according to the plan, it will develop to 50 industrial parks, with a total area exceeding 15,000 ha.
