Official dispatch sent to Departments: Finance, Agriculture and Environment, Health, Construction.
Accordingly, implementing the Official Dispatch dated December 18, 2025 of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of Bac Ninh Provincial People's Committee on the implementation of the notice of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee;
The Chairman of Bac Ninh Provincial People's Committee assigned the above departments and branches, according to their functions and tasks, to preside over and coordinate with relevant agencies and units to consider the recommendations and proposals of the Standing Committee of the Phu Khe Ward Party Committee.
Specifically, the contents of the recommendations and the assignment of answers are as follows:
Regarding the content of supporting waste treatment costs in 2026 and guiding waste treatment in the ward, the Department of Finance; Department of Agriculture and Environment will take the lead in answering.
Regarding the content of concern for supporting the ward with 2 4D or 5D color ultrasound machines and 3 3-switch heart-to-heart machines; rehabilitation equipment, urine testing machine and some specialized equipment to serve the people, the Department of Health will preside over answering.
Regarding the content of directing to accelerate the progress of the TL.277 road project to the Memorial Area of General Secretary Nguyen Van Cu, the Department of Construction will preside over the response.
Regarding the content of the province's interest in implementing the B2 canal road project (new National Highway 3 - DT.295B), the Department of Construction will take the lead in answering.
The official dispatch clearly states the results of the response and report to the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Committee, Chairman of Bac Ninh Provincial People's Committee before January 5, 2026.
Phu Khe ward was established on the basis of merging 3 old ward units: Huong Mac, Chau Khe and Phu Khe, belonging to Tu Son City, Bac Ninh province (old).
The ward is a geographically strategic location, bordering the capital Hanoi, with great potential for trade and regional connectivity.
