The official letter sent to the People's Committee of Hung Yen province stated that after studying the Adjustment Dossier of the Planning of Hung Yen province for the period 2021-2030, vision to 2050, the People's Committee of Bac Ninh province participated in giving opinions as follows:
Basically agreeing with the dossier adjusting the planning of Hung Yen province for the period 2021-2030, vision to 2050 sent by Hung Yen Provincial People's Committee to seek opinions.
To further promote cooperation between the two provinces, the People's Committee of Bac Ninh province proposed that the People's Committee of Hung Yen province study and supplement more orientations for developing connecting spaces with Bac Ninh province, especially with Gia Binh International Airport through road and railway traffic routes.
Specifically, it is proposed to add: Strategic infrastructure projects and roles for Hung Yen province, Lao Cai - Hanoi - Hai Phong railway project, Dai Dong/Luong Tai station connecting Van Lam and Gia Binh dry ports.
It is proposed to supplement research on the impact of the Gia Binh International Airport Project on the socio-economic development of the entire region, including Hung Yen province; research on supplementing traffic routes (urban railway, road) to increase connectivity to Gia Binh International Airport.
It is proposed to study the connection of traffic planning for Bac Ninh province at roads DT.283, DT.276 to ensure compliance with the road boundary identified in the urban subdivision plan south of the Duong River.
In addition, it is proposed that the People's Committee of Hung Yen province study the contents of the minutes of socio-economic development cooperation between Hung Yen province and Bac Ninh province that have been discussed and agreed on the draft recently and the planning of Hung Yen province as a basis for implementation.
It is known that Hung Yen Provincial People's Committee is seeking opinions on the draft adjustment of the Provincial Planning for the period 2021-2030, with a vision to 2050.
In the period 2026-2030, Hung Yen identified a list of many priority investment programs and projects, focusing on infrastructure, industry, services and urban development, in order to create a foundation for socio-economic growth in the coming period.
