According to the reporter of Lao Dong Newspaper, 5 days after the storm, the Sam Son beach area is still flooded with garbage, along with a series of destroyed constructions and trees.

Currently, the authorities are mobilizing machinery and environmental workers to clean up sand and collect garbage that has overflowed after the storm.
A representative of the People's Committee of Sam Son Ward, Thanh Hoa Province, said that immediately after storm No. 10, the locality mobilized hundreds of union members, youth, militia and environmental workers to participate in cleaning up, especially on Ho Xuan Huong Lake Road.
"Due to the large amount of sand spilled onto the road, many items were damaged, and trees were broken, so the repair work took a long time to complete" - a representative of Sam Son Ward People's Committee informed.
