According to the decision of the Ministry of Defense, Colonel Nguyen Huu Dan - Commander of the Military Headquarters of Quang Tri Province was appointed as Deputy Chief of Staff of Military Region 4. The Standing Committee of the Military Region Party Committee assigned Colonel Nguyen Tinh Tinh - Deputy Chief of Chief, Chief of Staff of the Provincial Military Headquarters in charge of the Chief of the Commander.
At the conference, the representative of the Ministry of Military Affairs of the province announced the handover record.
