Handover of the resettlement area package serving the Lao Cai - Hanoi - Hai Phong railway line

Hai Phong - The Management Board of the Hai Phong Agriculture and Rural Development Construction Investment Project handed over the construction and equipment package of Cao Ly resettlement area.

On September 15, the Management Board (MB) of Hai Phong Agriculture and Rural Development Construction Investment Project organized the handover of the project to put into operation package No. 2: Construction and installation of construction equipment, belonging to the Resettlement Project to serve site clearance for the construction of the Lao Cai - Hanoi - Hai Phong railway line in Cao Ly village, Gia Loc commune.

The project has a total investment of more than 21 billion VND, with a scale of about 1.01 ha, serving site clearance for the Lao Cai - Hanoi - Hai Phong railway line. The resettlement area is invested in items including ground leveling, transportation system, water supply, rainwater drainage, wastewater drainage, electricity supply, lighting, communication and green trees.

According to the initial scale, the project was constructed with 36 land plots, meeting the needs of 33 households according to the old plan. After adjusting the route direction according to actual needs, the project currently arranges 15 plots for 9 households. Up to now, the entire construction and equipment package has been completed 100% of the volume, ensuring technical and quality conditions.

The items handed over to the commune include the ground and traffic with a leveling elevation from +3.30m to +3.34m. Three asphalt concrete roads have been completed, along with a system of paved sidewalks, signs and painted road markings.

The water supply, drainage and fire prevention and fighting systems are also completed. In which, the rainwater drainage system, wastewater drainage system and centralized treatment tank with a capacity of 33m3/day and night are put into use. The clean water system is connected to each household; the fire prevention and fighting pumping station and fire extinguishers are operating.

Regarding electricity and telecommunications infrastructure, the project has put into operation a 320kVA substation, undergrounded the entire power grid, installed a public LED lighting system and completed an underground telecommunications cable line. For the landscape, the Northwest Ban tree has been planted on the sidewalk.

The completion and handover of the resettlement area in Cao Ly village contributes to serving the site clearance for the construction of the Lao Cai - Hanoi - Hai Phong railway line according to the plan.
