On March 30, on National Highway 15 through Ha Linh Commune (Huong Khe District), a traffic accident occurred between a motorbike with license plate 38C1-287.11 and a truck with license plate 38C - 016.27, causing two brothers, Nguyen Truong Ph (15 years old, studying in class 9.9) and Nguyen Tien D (13 years old, studying in class 6) residing in Ha Linh Commune to tragically die.
The truck's dashcam collided with a motorbike, showing the two brothers Ph and D riding a motorbike on a curved road at high speed, encroaching on the left lane, so it hit the truck going in the wrong direction, leading to the accident.
After the accident, many people could not help but feel sorry and share the loss of the victim's family, but also questioned why they gave their children motorbikes to drive when they were not old enough according to regulations.
On March 29, in Ha Tinh, a traffic accident occurred on National Highway 8 in Son Kim 1 Commune, Huong Son District between a motorbike and a pickup truck, killing a woman and injuring 2 others.

On the same day, on National Highway 1 through Ky Thinh Ward (Ky Anh Town), a traffic accident also occurred between a motorbike and a car, causing the motorbike driver to die on the spot.
According to the report of the Department of Construction of Ha Tinh province, from February 15 to March 27, 43 road traffic accidents occurred in Ha Tinh province, killing 27 people and injuring 27 others.
During the above period, the Traffic Police force in the whole province increased patrols, controls, and issued fines for 1,846 violations, with a total fine of more than 3.2 billion VND.
In which, the main violations are not wearing helmets, alcohol concentration, speeding, driving in the wrong section of road and lane.

According to Ha Tinh Provincial Police, in recent times, the Traffic Police force has coordinated with the Commune-level Police to increase patrols and controls across the province, covering the area, to prevent, deter, and raise awareness of compliance with laws on traffic safety and order among the people after not organizing the district-level Police apparatus.
Strengthen propaganda and dissemination of legal education on road traffic safety and order in Ha Tinh to raise awareness of traffic law compliance for traffic participants; warn of risks and violations that often occur in traffic accidents, and preventive measures.
Maintain the implementation of Working Groups 256, 238 to focus on patrolling, controlling, handling violations, suppressing crimes and law violations on traffic routes.
However, there are still many traffic accidents in the area, causing many deaths and injuries, and many damaged vehicles.
