The relocation work has been completed. People are guaranteed food and drinking water during their shelter. The People's Committee of Quang Ngai province requires localities to absolutely not let people stay in dangerous areas.
This afternoon, Mr. Nguyen Tan Tao (63 years old) and 14 people in Hai Tan Residential Group, Tra Cay Ward, arrived at My A Border Guard Station to take shelter from the storm. Officers and soldiers here prepare dinner with hot rice and familiar dishes. Mr. Tao was moved: "Aiding from such a cold storm but having a hot rice pot from the border guard station to cook for me is very precious. Thank you to the border guards.
By evening, the local military, police and militia forces had mobilized 100% of their combatants from 8:00 p.m. on November 6 to 8:00 a.m. on November 7. Do not let people stay in unsafe houses, along rivers, streams, high tides, or areas at risk of landslides. The evacuation points were guaranteed enough necessities, medicine and food.

Colonel A Van Dung, Deputy Commander and Chief of Staff of the Quang Ngai Provincial Military Command, said that the entire force is ready to respond. "We divided the command teams in the central, southern, northeastern and western provinces; the main force increased to Duc Pho to support the people."
