On July 28, Krong Pac Commune People's Committee coordinated with functional forces to organize the protection of the construction of component project 3 of the Khanh Hoa - Buon Ma Thuot expressway construction investment project phase 1, section passing through the commune.
The protection of construction is aimed at thoroughly handling the remaining site obstacles, ensuring the progress of the national key project.
According to the Ea Kar Construction Investment Project Management Board (the unit implementing compensation and site clearance) and the Dak Lak Provincial Traffic and Agricultural and Rural Development Construction Investment Project Management Board (the investor), the work of inventorying, determining land acquisition area, preparing compensation and support plans and paying to households is carried out in accordance with procedures and regulations.
During the implementation process, local authorities and related units repeatedly propagated, dialogued, and explained the rights and obligations of people whose land was recovered, and at the same time mobilized households to hand over land.
However, there are still some cases that have not complied, affecting the construction progress, so functional forces must organize construction protection according to regulations.
Component project 3 of the Khanh Hoa - Buon Ma Thuot expressway construction investment project phase 1 through Dak Lak province is more than 48km long. Currently, the project's construction volume has reached about 98%.
However, some locations belonging to the intersection branch line, drainage ditch system and downstream canals are still facing site clearance problems, affecting the completion of the final items.
The thorough handling of the remaining problems takes place in the context that Component Project 3 is entering the final sprint stage.
In the process of protecting construction, functional forces deploy tasks according to the approved plan, ensuring security and order, safety for people, task forces and construction units.
Construction protection is carried out in accordance with regulations, without arising complicated situations, creating conditions for contractors to continue to deploy the remaining items.
According to Krong Pac Commune People's Committee, the organization of construction protection is to ensure the legitimate rights and interests of the State, investors and related organizations and individuals; and at the same time demonstrate the strictness of the law, improve the effectiveness and efficiency of state management in compensation, support, and site clearance.
This is also a necessary solution to remove the final "bottlenecks", ensuring that component project 3 of the Khanh Hoa - Buon Ma Thuot expressway is completed on schedule, put the project into operation soon, and promote investment efficiency.
