On December 20, Quang Tri Provincial Police said that they are handling the case of many subjects illegally using drugs in the area.
Previously, at around 9:00 p.m. on December 17, at the house of Nguyen Van Quan (born in 1982, residing in Thuong Giang village, Le Thuy commune, Quang Tri province), the authorities discovered Quan and Pham Huu Vu (born in 2007, residing in Thuong Phong village, Le Thuy commune) and Ho Thi Mua (born in 1997, residing in A Rong Duoi village, La Lay commune, Quang Tri province) illegally using drugs.
After checking, the working group seized 3 blue plastic bags containing 384 round, pink tablets.Checking Pham Huu Vu, the authorities continued to discover 4 black plastic bags containing 28 round, pink tablets.
On Ho Thi Mua, the authorities discovered another round table.The subjects confessed that the above exhibits were pink synthetic drugs.
The total amount of seized evidence included 413 pink synthetic drug pills, 3 mobile phones and some related evidence.
The Drug Crime Investigation Police Department of Quang Tri Province Police has drawn up a record of arresting the offenders red-handed, bringing the subjects to the headquarters for further investigation and handling according to the law.
