Information from the Traffic Police Department (CSGT) - Ministry of Public Security said that on December 19, 2025 alone, this unit received a total of 1,142 reports of traffic safety and order violations (TTATGT) from people through the VNeTraffic application and social networking channels.
According to the Traffic Police Department, among the feedbacks received via Facebook, 117 cases were sent back.
After reviewing, 33 cases had sufficient grounds for verification and had been handed over to the Traffic Police Departments of local police for handling according to regulations. These cases are mainly related to cars, trucks and passenger cars, many of which are reported to the Traffic Police in Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, Hai Phong, Bac Ninh, Hung Yen, Can Tho, Dong Nai, Lam Dong, Da Nang, Dong Thap, Thanh Hoa, and the Expressway Traffic Police Teams under the Traffic Police Department.
In addition, 84 reports reflected via Facebook did not have enough basis for handling, due to unknown license plates or failure to clearly show violations.
On the same day, 25 reports were received via the Zalo hotline of the Director of the Traffic Police Department. Through verification, 12 cases were well-founded and had been transferred to the Traffic Police Departments of localities such as Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, Hai Phong, Thai Nguyen, Phu Tho, Lang Son and the Expressway Traffic Police Teams for handling.
The remaining 13 cases do not meet the verification requirements due to lack of necessary information.

On the VNeTraffic application alone, the Traffic Police Department recorded 1,142 reports of traffic safety violations on December 19.
Through the review, 53 cases with verification basis have been transferred to units and localities for handling according to legal regulations. The main violating vehicles are passenger cars, passenger cars, trucks and motorbikes.
Of these, 51 reports have been sent to the Traffic Police Departments in many localities such as Ca Mau, Dong Thap, Can Tho, Ho Chi Minh City, Lam Dong, Dak Lak, Thai Nguyen, Dong Nai, Khanh Hoa, Da Nang, Tay Ninh, Hanoi, Hai Phong, Ninh Binh, Thanh Hoa; 2 reports have been sent to the Expressway Traffic Police Teams under the Traffic Police Department.
There were 1,089 reports that did not have enough basis and conditions to verify, mainly due to unclear license plates or failure to show violations.
The Traffic Police Department also said that as of December 19, the VNeTraffic application had 3,228,514 accounts, of which 904,565 were level 1 accounts and 2,324,038 were level 2 accounts, an increase of 67,579 accounts compared to the previous day.
According to the Traffic Police Department, people's proactive provision of information and images reflecting traffic safety violations through VNeTraffic and interactive channels has contributed significantly to helping authorities promptly detect and handle violations, thereby ensuring traffic order and safety and building a safe and civilized traffic environment.
