    The People's Committee of Tran Thanh Ngo Ward (Kien An District, Hai Phong) has just issued a notice about a case of abandoned children.

    On the morning of April 6, the People's Committee of Tran Thanh Ngo Ward received a report from the Ward Police about Mr. Le Duc L (born in 2004, residing in Van Dau Ward, Kien An District) reporting that a baby girl had been abandoned at the gate of Dai Giac Pagoda (No. 286 Tran Thanh Ngo Street).

    The Ward People's Committee has directed the Ward Police to make a record of the incident and contact Kien An Hospital to examine the child's health. After examination, the child was a female, weighing 2.5 kg. The baby's umbilical cord has not fallen out, has not been detected as deformed, deformed, and has normal health condition. The baby was abandoned with a box of powdered milk.

    Currently, the baby is being cared for and raised by Kien An Hospital while the Ward People's Committee completes the procedures according to the law.

    From now until April 12, if there is no information about the biological parents of the baby, the Ward People's Committee will carry out procedures to hand over the baby to organizations and individuals who meet the conditions according to the law.
