The People's Committee of An Duong District has just issued Directive No. 01/CT-UBND on rectifying and strengthening discipline in state management of land in An Duong District, requiring departments, branches, units and People's Committees of wards to increase their responsibility, tighten land management and construction order.
The district also established two interdisciplinary working groups to inspect administrative violations in the field of land and construction order in wards in the area. The key task of the working groups is to organize the field inspection, detect cases of signs of violations, request the People's Committee of wards to handle in accordance with the law; at the same time supervise the implementation responsibilities of local governments.

Immediately after receiving the direction of the District People's Committee, some localities have actively taken action, organized inspections and reviewed cases of violations of land and construction order that are still pending such as An Dong, Hong Thai, Le Loi wards... Many cases have been filed for handling according to regulations, and at the same time, mobilized people to dismantle the violating works and restore them to their original state.
Mr. Chu Duc Anh - Chairman of An Duong District People's Committee - emphasized: "Land management and construction order must be considered a key and regular task. Localities and units absolutely must not be negligent or avoid; must thoroughly handle backlogged and prolonged violations, not to let new ones arise. Local heads must take direct responsibility if violations occur.
