In the bustling atmosphere of the first day of the New Year of the Snake, the spring flower street along the Ky Cung River in Lang Son city attracts a large number of people and tourists to visit and take photos.
With its vibrant flowers, vibrant miniature landscapes and exciting spring activities, this place has become a cultural highlight not to be missed during this year's traditional Tet holiday.
The most prominent feature in this spring space is the pair of mascots "baby Na" - two snake statues with funny and adorable shapes.
With big round eyes, friendly smiles and the typical hats of Tay and Nung women - ethnic groups in Lang Son province, decorated with flowers and leaves, the two "baby Na" statues not only bring joy, but also send a message of luck and peace in the new year.
Ms. Nguyen Thu Thao - a tourist from Phu Tho - shared: "Baby Na is so cute! My children love her and keep asking to take pictures with her."
The pair of mascots are placed right in the center of the flower street, standing out among the colorful spring flowers. Pots of bright yellow chrysanthemums, red roses, and carnations have created a colorful natural picture.
Miniature landscapes such as unique peach trees, climbing flower trellises or welcome gates decorated with sparkling LED lights make visitors amazed.
"This year's flower street is very elaborately invested, every corner is very beautiful and meaningful, both traditional and modern. This year, I clearly see the innovation of the spring flower street. The combination of nature, culture and modernity really creates a very unique space," commented Ms. Ha Thi Quyen, a local resident.
On the first day of the new year, many people and tourists came to the flower street to pray for luck, take souvenir photos and enjoy the spring atmosphere. The laughter and greetings everywhere made everyone feel the warmth and closeness. For many people, this is not only a place to have fun and enjoy but also an opportunity to strengthen family and friends' relationships.
