Besides waiting for the authorities to send a notice of violation, vehicle owners can also proactively look up information through the following applications:
Search via VNeTraffic application
From 2025, VNeTraffic - the official traffic application managed by the Ministry of Public Security - will become an important tool to help people look up traffic fines.
The VNeTraffic application is available on Google Play and the App Store, allowing users to not only look up violations but also send direct feedback to authorities with photos or videos of traffic violations.
According to Circular 73/2024, all traffic violation information will be fully updated on this application.
Look up via the National Fines application
"Looking up national fines" has become a popular tool since Decree 168/2024/ND-CP took effect.
This application supports both iOS and Android operating systems with many outstanding features such as fast and stable search speed, adding multiple license plates to receive violation notifications, displaying a list of fine locations nationwide and updating detailed violation notifications.
In addition to the application, people can look up violation information on the official websites of the Department of Transport in localities such as Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, Da Nang...
At the same time, the Traffic Police Department website also supports looking up violations through images for cars, motorbikes and electric bicycles. The Vietnam Register website helps check traffic violations and vehicle registration conditions.
