The project is invested by the old Thanh Hoa City Construction Investment Project Management Board (now the Dong Son Project Management Board), with an area of over 4 hectares, with a total investment of nearly 250 billion VND.

The sports center includes items such as indoor swimming pools, artificial soccer courts, basketball courts, etc.
According to records, after more than a year of construction, the project has been completed and is ready to go into operation. This is a large-scale project, expected to be inaugurated on October 14 to celebrate the 20th Thanh Hoa Provincial Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030.
