On the afternoon of January 15, Deputy General Director of Vietnam Social Security Tran Dinh Lieu visited and presented 30 gifts, worth 1 million VND each, to people in difficult circumstances being treated at Quang Nam Regional General Hospital (Dien Ban town) on the occasion of Tet.
The delegation also gave gifts and wished a happy new year to the doctors and staff of Quang Nam Regional General Hospital.
The leader of Vietnam Social Security said that the unit launched the program "No one is left behind - Spring At Ty" nationwide, mobilizing the joint efforts of organizations, individuals and the social community, with a total of nearly 12 thousand social insurance books and more than 141 thousand health insurance cards.
The entire Vietnam Social Insurance sector has presented more than 3,600 gifts to patients with health insurance cards who have to be treated in hospitals. Thereby, contributing to spreading humane and humanitarian social insurance and health insurance policies; sharing social insurance and health insurance policies with people and the community.
On the same morning, representatives of Vietnam Social Security also visited and presented Tet gifts to 4 families of Vietnamese Heroic Mothers, relatives of martyrs, war invalids, and meritorious people in Dien Ban town, wishing the families of policy beneficiaries a happy and warm Tet.
