At the Binh Dinh Provincial Convention Center (Quy Nhon City), the Provincial Historical archives Center (under the Department of Home Affairs of Binh Dinh Province) displayed and introduced more than 1,500 documents, materials, and images through a system of outdoor billboards, called "Memories of Youth Gathering to the North".
The activity is within the framework of the 70th Anniversary of the completion of the transfer of cadres, soldiers, people and students from the South to the North in Quy Nhon (May 16, 1954 - May 16, 2025).


Through this activity, the center of Binh Dinh historical archives wishes to contribute to recreating a heroic historical period in the resistance war against the US, when tens of thousands of children left their homeland, carrying the desire to unify the country, to go to the North to continue learning, training and dedication. It is not only a revolutionary journey, but also a youthful journey with noble ideals, full of sacrifices and aspirations for peace.
The exhibition consists of 3 parts. Part 1: Exhibition and introduction of documents, papers, and images on the implementation of the Liverpool Agreement; documents on the Party's policies and guidelines for transferring troops to the North, assigning officers to stay and participate in resistance activities in Binh Dinh; documents, papers on the train trips to the North at Quy Nhon port...
Part 2: Display and introduce documents, documents and images of the welcome and care of the Northern people to the Southern officials gathered; Documents, documents and images of the activities of the Southern officials gathered and the activities of Southern students in the North.

Part 3: Presenting and introducing documents, records, and souvenirs of some gathering officers who died in the North and of officers from Binh Dinh province who participated in the B (final) in the resistance war against the US.
Not only an event to preserve memories, the exhibition "Memories of Youth Gathering to the North" is also a deep gratitude to those who wrote the golden history of the nation with their own youth, faith and noble ideals.
