On December 10, the Da Nang Military Command said it had added tasks to all forces working to help the people, implementing the "Quang Trung Thu Dieu An Campaign" with the highest requirement: not letting Da Nang people lack housing when Tet is approaching.

Colonel Tran Huu Ich, member of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee, Commander of the City Military Command, directly assigned the task and disseminated the spirit of "going to the people as quickly as possible - rebuilding houses as soon as possible - ensuring a full Tet for the people".
Accordingly, the City Military Command continues to mobilize nearly 500 officers, soldiers and militia on duty, organizing them into mobile teams, construction teams, assigning clear tasks, and implementing them in the direction of "achieving the work wherever it is done". The force was divided into severely damaged areas, especially mountainous communes where people had many difficulties in self-resolving.
Based on the local review and direction of the City Party Committee, People's Committee, and the City Military Command to focus on speeding up the progress of supporting the repair and construction of 275 new houses with collapsed, unroofed, and severely damaged roofs; prioritizing households in difficult circumstances, the elderly, policy households, and families no longer able to repair themselves.

Although maintaining the People's Support force of Dak Lak province, the City Military Command still requires agencies and units to stop all un urgent tasks and focus all their efforts on the task of helping people in Da Nang.
During the implementation process, the city's armed forces closely coordinated with Party committees, authorities and organizations to grasp the situation of each household, promptly remove obstacles, ensure speed - determination - effectiveness, strictly maintain discipline and absolute safety for people and vehicles.
The city's Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment is determined to complete the repair and reconstruction of houses as soon as possible, so that all Da Nang residents have a stable home and can feel secure in preparing for Tet in full, warm and safe conditions.

Along with that, on the afternoon of December 9, in atep village, the City Police coordinated with the People's Committee of Avang commune to organize a groundbreaking ceremony for the "Quang Trung Campaign" with the goal of quickly building and repairing houses for households damaged by natural disasters, restoring safe and sustainable housing for people.
According to statistics, the total estimated damage caused by natural disasters in Avuong commune is nearly 60 billion VND. In particular, 15 households had their houses damaged from 70% or more to completely collapse (of which 11 households were in atep village, 1 household was in Galhau village, 2 households were in Lom village and 1 household was in Talang village) and 19 households were partially damaged (under 50%) due to soil and rocks flooding into their houses, damaged kitchens and toilets.
After the groundbreaking ceremony, 50 officers and soldiers of the enhanced Mobile Police immediately divided into teams, approaching each household with a severely damaged house to survey, dismantle, transport materials, and rebuild the foundation according to the "3 hard" house model.
Da Nang City Police will fulfill their commitment to the Party Committee, government and people of Avuong that "they will work day and night, until the house is finally completed, with the spirit of "no waiting, no delay, no matter how hard it is done".
