On March 9, in Hanoi, authorized by the leaders of the Ministry of Public Security, Major General Do Trieu Phong - Secretary of the Party Committee, Director of the Public Security Communications Department (CAND) - handed over the Decision of the Minister of Public Security appointing Colonel Nguyen Thi Thu Hang to hold the position of Deputy Director of the CAND Communications Department.
According to the assignment, the new Deputy Director Nguyen Thi Thu Hang will be in charge of press management and public relations - a field with a large workload and many key tasks in the coming time.
Major General Do Trieu Phong emphasized that in the new position, Colonel Nguyen Thi Thu Hang is not only a person directly performing tasks but also must assume the role of directing and advising at the leadership level of the Department.
He believes that the new Deputy Director will work with the leadership of the People's Public Security Communications Department to actively contribute to improving the quality of communication work of the force.
Receiving the appointment decision, Colonel Nguyen Thi Thu Hang committed to always upholding the spirit of being exemplary and dedicated to work; constantly learning, innovating thinking and working methods.
Also last week, on March 12, Colonel Duong Van Manh - Deputy Director of Dong Nai Provincial Police chaired the ceremony to announce the decision of the Director of the Provincial Police on arranging 8 officers and soldiers working at units under the Ministry of Public Security to strengthen their work at the police of 8 border communes in Dong Nai province.
8 officers and soldiers who were mobilized and assigned to work in 8 border communes are all young officers, well-trained, with firm political bravery, pioneering spirit and high responsibility.
The ceremony also announced the decision of the Director of the Provincial Police on the transfer of Lieutenant Colonel Ly Hoang Tan - Deputy Head of the Out-of-line Team, Professional Technical Department of the Provincial Police to receive work and hold the position of Deputy Head of Chon Thanh Ward Police;
Transferring Major Vu Tuan Viet - Deputy Head of the General Staff Team, Criminal Police Department of the Provincial Police to receive work and hold the position of Deputy Head of Xuan Lap Ward Police.
Awarding the decisions, Colonel Duong Van Manh requested the receiving units to create favorable conditions for officials to feel secure in their work, assign tasks suitable to their previous qualifications and fields of work in order to maximize the capacity and strengths of officials, and successfully complete all assigned tasks.
