Is it mandatory to pay social insurance at the unit applying for the capacity certificate, or can it be paid at another unit?
Mr. T also wants to know, in the case of individuals who have retired but continue to participate in work, when declaring their capacity to apply for a certificate of capacity, how will the submission of documents related to social insurance be? Is it mandatory to pay social insurance at the unit applying for a capacity certificate?
The Ministry of Construction responds to this issue as follows:
Pursuant to the provisions of Point g, Clause 1, Article 56 and Clause 2, Article 58 of the 2025 Railway Law, from July 1, 2025, organizations participating in construction activities do not require a certificate of construction capacity.
Accordingly, the procedure for granting a certificate of construction capacity of an organization is abolished according to the above regulations from July 1, 2025.
