Da Nang - A portrait photo of a woman and many artifacts recorded at an unidentified martyr's grave at Tam Thai Martyrs' Cemetery.

On August 20, during the deployment of tasks at Tam Thai Martyrs' Cemetery, Chien Dan commune, Da Nang city, functional forces discovered a photo and many artifacts at the martyr's grave that had not been identified.

Implementing the "500-day and night campaign to search, repatriate and identify remains of martyrs with missing information", the Military Command (CHQS) of Da Nang City has directed specialized agencies to coordinate with local Party committees, authorities and the CHQS of Chien Dan commune to review dossiers, conduct field inspections, and deploy sampling of martyrs' remains at cemeteries in the area.

The implementation process was carried out carefully, tightly, solemnly and in accordance with regulations. At grave number 104, 3rd row, Tam Thai Martyrs' Cemetery, the task force discovered some artifacts buried with the martyrs, including: 1 metal board clearly showing the words "Rather sacrifice everything, never become a slave", a wallet with a portrait of a woman, an oil bottle and some other personal belongings.

Although stained with time, the image of the woman in the wallet can still be recognized. The remains along with the photo and artifacts discovered are valuable information sources, which can provide more clues in the process of verifying the martyr's identity.
