Ca Mau supports more than 12 billion to overcome the consequences of storms in the North

Ca Mau - The Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee mobilized, received and distributed over 12.5 billion VND to support people in the North affected by storms.

Information from the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Ca Mau province on October 30 said that it had mobilized, received and distributed over 12.5 billion VND from voluntary contributions from organizations and individuals to support people in the North affected by storms.

Of which, the Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Ca Mau province received cash from 25 units, organizations and individuals with the amount of over 151 million VND; received over 12.4 billion VND through the account at the State Treasury of Ca Mau province from 818 units, organizations and individuals.

In the first phase, the Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province transferred support amount: 6.7 billion VND.Of which, 1 billion VND was transferred to the account of the Central Relief Committee (Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front); supported Hai Phong city and the provinces of Quang Ninh, Yen Bai, Lao Cai, Thai Nguyen, Cao Bang 700 million VND/province, city; supported Lang Son, Bac Giang and Phu Tho provinces 500 million VND/province.

In the second phase, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee distributed the remaining mobilized amount of 5.8 billion VND to support Lao Cai and Yen Bai provinces: 1 billion VND/province; Cao Bang, Hoa Binh and Tuyen Quang provinces: 700 million VND/province; Son La, Bac Kan and Lai Chau provinces: 500 million VND/province.At the same time, the Provincial Post Office coordinated with the Provincial Post Office to transfer to the people in the North who suffered losses more than 75 tons of necessities, goods and received artifacts.
