On June 25, the Department of Science and Technology of Ca Mau province organized training to guide the use of civil servant monitoring and evaluation software (KPI) for more than 600 officials and civil servants of units participating in the pilot program.
The activity aims to implement the plan to implement Decree No. 335 of the Government on quality assessment and classification for state administrative agencies and civil servants in the province.
According to the plan, 6 units selected for the pilot program include: Office of the Provincial People's Committee, Department of Science and Technology, Department of Home Affairs and An Xuyen, Bac Lieu and Tan Thanh wards.
The pilot period is from July 1st to October 1st, 2026. After this time, the province will evaluate the effectiveness and choose appropriate solutions for unified implementation throughout the province.

KPI software is built in the direction of digitizing the entire process of managing, monitoring, evaluating and ranking the quality of cadres and civil servants. The system operates based on task performance results and quantitative criteria, thereby increasing transparency and objectivity in evaluation.
Through the software, leaders of agencies and units can monitor the progress and results of task implementation of cadres and civil servants in real time, serving management and administration work. At the same time, each cadre and civil servant also proactively updates work, self-monitors the level of task completion and enhances responsibility in public service performance.
