According to the proposal of the Department of Construction in the document dated November 19, 2025 on synthesizing the contents of site introduction, unifying the location of the resettlement area, renovating and expanding cemeteries to serve site clearance (GPMB) of the road connecting Gia Binh airport with the capital Hanoi.
The Chairman of the People's Committee of Bac Ninh province has the following opinion: Agree with the contents as proposed by the Department of Construction in the document dated November 19, 2025; accordingly, introduce the location and scale of additional resettlement and cemetery expansion projects to serve the site clearance of the road connecting Gia Binh airport with Hanoi capital and a number of other key projects and works in the area, the following content:
1. Resettlement project in Tri Qua ward: Area of about 4.1ha.
2. Resettlement project in Tram Lo ward: Area of about 5.4ha.
3. Resettlement project in Lam Thao commune: Area of about 13.0 ha.
4. Projects in Trung Kenh commune include: Resettlement project in Trung Kenh commune: Area of about 5.9ha and school cluster project in Trung Kenh commune: Area of about 3.5ha.
And other resettlement, renovation and expansion projects in the communes and wards of Tri Qua, Thuan Thanh, Mao Dien, Tram Lo.
The Chairman of the People's Committee of Bac Ninh province assigned the Department of Finance to preside over and guide the determination of investors, forms, and capital sources for implementing resettlement projects, renovation and expansion of cemeteries according to regulations.
The Department of Construction is assigned to take the lead in providing specific information about the location and boundaries of the above land to relevant units and localities as a basis for implementing the next steps to ensure compliance with the approved higher-level planning projects.
At the same time, continue to work with localities to receive recommendations and resolve them in accordance with regulations; report work contents beyond authority.
According to the Report of the design consultancy unit, the Investment Project to build a road connecting Gia Binh Airport with Hanoi Capital is a special road traffic project.
The connecting route through Bac Ninh province is 27.7km long. The starting point is at Km0, the eastern intersection of the road connecting to Gia Binh Airport in Trung Kenh commune, the end point is about Km27+766 at the beginning of the Duong River bridge in Tri Qua ward, adjacent to Phu Dong commune, Hanoi city.
The total estimated investment value is 48.8 trillion VND.
