The official dispatch sent to the Department of Construction stated that, implementing document No. 21 dated November 21, 2025 of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee on strengthening supervision, publicity, and transparency in the development of social housing and the real estate market.
The Chairman of the People's Committee of Bac Ninh province assigned the Department of Construction to preside over and urgently advise on the completion of the Provincial Steering Committee for Housing Policy and Real Estate Market, and report to the Provincial People's Committee before November 30, 2025.
Strictly implement document No. 5103/UBND-KTN dated November 24, 2025 of the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; direct, inspect, supervise, increase publicity and transparency in information on social housing projects, ensure that there are no violations or negativity in the implementation of procedures for approving buyers and sellers of social housing; periodically report to the Provincial People's Committee on implementation results, difficulties, problems, and solutions to ensure effectiveness and efficiency.
According to a recent report by the People's Committee of Bac Ninh province, in the first 9 months of 2025, the locality has completed 12,649 more apartments, reaching about 80% of the target assigned by the Prime Minister in 2025 (15,920 apartments).
Regarding the target for 2026, Bac Ninh province registered to develop 20,000 social housing units (an increase of more than 2,000 units compared to the target assigned by the Government).
