On November 24, the Union of Science and Technology Associations (KH&KT) of Bac Ninh province coordinated with Hanoi University of Construction to organize a scientific workshop on consultation and criticism on " Design and technical solutions of the route connecting Gia Binh Airport with Hanoi capital (section through Bac Ninh province)".
Mr. Ngo Chi Vinh, Chairman of the Bac Ninh Province Association of Science and Technology and Associate Professor, Dr. Bui Phu Doanh, Vice Principal of Hanoi University of Construction co-chaired the workshop.
Speaking at the workshop, Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Bac Ninh province Pham Van Thinh suggested that the Provincial Union of Science and Technology Associations fully absorb the reflections and opinions of scientists and delegates at the workshop.
Departments, branches and sectors, according to their functions and tasks, strictly implement the reception and explanation in accordance with the provisions of law on the responsibility of State agencies for the reflections and recommendations of scientists.
According to the Report of the design consultancy unit, the Investment Project to build a road connecting Gia Binh Airport with Hanoi Capital is a special road traffic project.
The connecting route through Bac Ninh province is 27.7km long. The starting point is at Km0, the eastern intersection of the road connecting to Gia Binh Airport in Trung Kenh commune, the end point is about Km27+766 at the beginning of the Duong River bridge in Tri Qua ward, adjacent to Phu Dong commune, Hanoi city.
The total estimated investment value is 48.8 trillion VND.
At the workshop, delegates focused on discussing and clarifying some contents in the design and technical aspects of the route connecting Gia Binh Airport with the capital Hanoi (section passing through Bac Ninh province).
Especially the issues of the high-speed railway platform; for branches in the intersection of the connecting road; the arrangement of cross-sectional land; clarification at locations of intersections with many branches, branches cutting through the median strip; material supply; construction time...
Concluding the workshop, Associate Professor, Dr. Bui Phu Doanh highly appreciated the enthusiastic and responsible opinions of delegates, experts and scientists attending the workshop.
The opinions and suggestions will be compiled, accepted and sent to the consulting and design unit for further editing and improvement, ensuring feasibility, efficiency, safety and compliance with the overall planning.
This is also the basis and basis for the locality to soon approve the design solution, thereby contributing to ensuring the project is completed on schedule and according to the set goals.
