Thuc Phan Ward People's Committee has just announced a traffic organization plan to serve activities and events taking place in the area on January 28, 2026, which temporarily prohibits vehicles from circulating and stopping and parking on some key roads.
Accordingly, the temporary road ban time is from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM on January 28, 2026 (Wednesday). Roads subject to road blockage include: Ly Tu Trong street, Vuon Cam street, Bang Giang street (section from Xanh market to suspension bridge) and the stadium bypass.
During the above period, people are requested not to stop or park vehicles on the above-mentioned streets. Violations will be handled according to the provisions of law.
To create favorable conditions for travel, the Ward People's Committee has arranged concentrated parking spots.
Specifically, the Bang River embankment area, part of the pedestrian street along the Bang River (belonging to Hop Giang 8 and Hop Giang 11 residential groups) and the yard of Hop Giang Elementary School serve the parking needs of teachers and students.
The backyard area of the Provincial Central Cultural House and the flower garden yard No. 2 (opposite Muong Thanh Hotel) are for people and tourists.
The old Provincial Party Committee yard and the Guest House yard of the Provincial People's Committee (Giao Te) are arranged for delegates to attend the event.
In addition, the heads of Hop Giang 5, 8, 9, 10 and 11 residential groups are responsible for propagating and notifying people to limit stopping and parking personal vehicles on Ly Tu Trong, Vuon Cam, Bang Giang and Stadium bypass roads.
The restriction starts from January 24 to the end of January 27, to serve the general environmental sanitation, urban embellishment and ensure traffic order and safety.
